    I have air temp of -0.1 and dew point of -2.1 just north of Durham city. Will be interesting to see how the day pans out.

    Snow all day on the edge of Durham city, 107m asl. Just that slight bit of extra altitude consett and tow law etc have make all the difference. Should be awesome up at tow law, just over 1000ft!

    Great snow just north of Durham city today, not wet even though slight thaw taking place and 2 snowmen made with my little one. Aunties and uncles decided to turn him into a snow adolf hitler but it still looked good. Apparently they're planning a snow Eva brown if this event comes good tonight. Looking forward to seeing things unfold tonight, we're just west of Durham city 105m asl approx so not too high but hopefully far enough from the coast for snow.

    Any sign of snow in Durham City? I'm at work in Newcastle and looking at the radar Durham seems to be in a snowy black hole with everything missing us!

    We've had a nice dusting just west of Durham city, hoping for some snowy action tomorrow from the north sea. Exciting watching things unfold over the next few days.
