  5. Good evening all, well what started as a very wet day has turned into a beutiful sunny evening with a few clouds floating about. Woke at 6am to find very heavy rain, got too work at 6.30 to find we had 20mm overnight. The rain continued till 9.30am, i could see the end of the cloud coming from across Morecambe Bay, and after that it was a good day. The final total was 42mm, which was well needed. The golf course I work on has been very dry for the last few months, with large areas droughting off and turning brown. Today was the heaviest rain we've seen for ages. Caused quite abit of damage to stone paths and the bunkers on the course, which means a busy day 2mo . Regards Cheeseburger

  8. Dont know if this will help, but my MSN was signing in automaticly so I looked in help, and this is what it said, maybe you could try it but enable it to remmember your passwords???????? Go to User Accounts in the Windows XP Control Panel (to open Control Panel, click Start, and then click Control Panel). On the Advanced tab, click Manage Passwords. In Stored User Names and Passwords, click Passport.Net\*, and then click Remove. This does not delete your Passport, but removes its connection with your computer. Click Close, and then click OK.

  13. Jst got back from a 175mile drive snow hunting! We went up the M6 to Brough and Appleby where there was a little snow on the fells, but had mostly melted at around 2.15pm, while we were there there was a sleet shower. We then drove across to penrith, then over shap to kendal, with only snow on the moutain tops, and pockets of drifted snow along fence lines. Then across to Windermere and over kirkstone pass, still no snow, but we gave a fell walker a lift bk to her car and she said the pass, had been inpassible this morning with snow and ice. We didnt manage any sledging , but the views of the mountains were stunning , i have some pictures which i'll post later. Regards, Cheeseburger.
