Eerily quiet here now, gentle rain. Pressure back up to 889 from 883.

We're getting 40-50mph gusts in Swanage but Isle of Wight is hitting 60mph at times, Hayling is pretty exposed so you'll be in for some strong gusts at the upper end of those figures. (I hope that helps...sort of)

Swanage - south coast : we are getting a bit of a battering. 983, wind probably 40-50 mph gusts.

Swanage -south coast 989-988 dropping - wind gusts defo increasing in frequency and intensity. Rain constant.
