Wasn't expecting the temp and DP to drop, but down to 1.4c and -0.4c

Dropped a little from-0.6c to -0.4c at least give us a covering before turning to rain. Still a bonus though, all forecasts had it as sleety rain with snow reserved for higher ground.

Well, some were saying we needed rain earlier this month! I suspect the grim 100mm+ might be breached before end of tomorrow. Currently 91.2mm, so there's your much needed rain. I for one wouldn't give a damn if it didn't rain again until September, but we all know that isn't going to happen (don't we) instead I suspect there will be many more 100mm+ months this year.

Still nothing from this Winter, snow has been so close, but I must be in a microclimate as getting snow to settle has been impossible. Nice to see it falling from the sky, but still waiting for everything to turn white. Kinda think it's not going to happen for me this Winter.

I expect it to fizzle out or drift to the East of here, or even turn to rain the way things have gone today.

Temp is just too high here, seem to have our own microclimate. 2.7c, yet to the North/West/South and East have temps around freezing. Also looks like the Southern edge of the showers in Wales is being sheared. It may miss me altogether.

It was rain, with a bit of sleet mixed in.

Nice and toasty at 4.8c, just in time for the showers to turn up. Nothing but rain.
