    This afternoon i am constructing a large tarpaulin to stretch over the garden, at approx 2am I shall head outside to remove said tarpaulin and marvel how the snow settles on my garden whilst simultaneously melting on my neighbours veg patch. As long as it is actually snow this time not rain! (and I'm not actually serious for anyone who thought I might be - always one)

    Defined by MO as high impact but low likelihood. 'Low Likelihood' seems a bit off given the model output however I guess that hints at confidence for an event which is still >36 hours out and therefore still subject to change.

    Times like this I wish we were still living in Old Coulsdon... some fantastic snow events from there up to Caterham when I was growing up.
