Hey, so I've been reading up a lot about cyclones and such over the past couple days though it's still up in the air as to how much actually sunk in. So my question is, what's causing Ian to make such a drastic about turn? Also, (if this is the wrong place to ask this, just ignore it) if a low pressure forms on the west coast of South Africa for example, and it builds up decent wind speeds, what would need to happen to it before it would be considered a cyclone?
