    Same here , (galleywood,Chelmsford ) it’s coming down thick and fast , even my dogs looking out the window watching it ???, oh and just coincidental her name is snow ??

    Ok well the pics are half hour apart , there was footprints in snow and hadn’t settled on road , the 1st was taken half hour ago , the next 2 just now , notice no footprints and snow not settling readily on the road , whilst waiting to upload pics it’s now got a lot heavier and large flakes .....

    Tried to take couple of pics of lampost but it’s coming down so fast it’s looking like blurrs on the pics I will post them anyways , coming down hard and fast , very windy and heaviest it’s been all day !! Galleywood , Chelmsford

    Couple of updates pics , def starting to settle on road even tho it was gritted 2/3 hours ago , my neighbour came home about 20/30 mins ago and his car is already covered , keep it coming !!!

    Well the green is definitely making it’s way to me (red dot ) and I can confirm that the snow has definitely intensified in the last 10/15 mins

    I have a lampost outside mine , they changed it for the new white led ones and they go off at midnight so pants really ?

    That would be me ? , I will say tho that when I parked up it was a very tight squeeze and I left it like that so it was easier to get out if we did have snow , luckily my neighbours have moved their car . IMBY. Think I’m a very good driver , never in the 30 years I have been driving have I ever had a accident or knock or bang or speeding ticket etc ??

    This is my window shot , where the wind is blowing it towards the window and accumulating more than on the paths etc ?

    Taken just now in galleywood , Chelmsford , road was gritted about 45 mins ago so nothing on roads but starting to settle on paths now

    Won’t let me upload a pic for some reason , been snowing all afternoon with washing powder like snowflakes , settles on gardens , cars and in the last hour started settling in paths , nothing on road as of yet but the gritter did pass by about half hour ago so that’s probably why .

    -2 here in galleywood , had s email and text from the school saying they not opening until 10.30 am this morning instead of the usual 8.30 am due to the icy conditions and public transport

    They were not stuck , they were purposely doing it , he was throwing his steering wheel left and right so he could purposely slide in the snow, I live on a road that is a cut through and have had loads in cars and vans purposely wheel spinning because they think it’s funny and cool ?, not giving a care about other cars parked up or going into them and are you insinuating I am one of them mummies ???

    How about all those yummy daddies that think they on brands hatch and purposely wheel spin on the ice thinking they the big man ?? see it for myself yesterday and today , then when they get stuck and they can’t move they send their passenger out to give them a quick shove , then when they back in the move they do it again and slide all over the road , never learn ??
