    Two words: English Channel Still, Estofex issued a Level 1 for the South today. And A rare Level 3 warning for Northern France and Benelux. I note that the last time a Level 3 was issued this close to the UK mainland was 27th July last year, before that 14th July 2010, and before that - never!
