    Wow what a day! Haven’t seen snow like that since I was a kid. Seems to be getting lighter now but that’s a good 8 hours of heavy snow, some of the flakes at times were huge

    Started work in Knaresborough at 8am (32m) just started snowing but nowt on the ground...had to set off for home in Harrogate at 10.30 as it was coming down heavy...Rear wheel drive car so walked home (130m) as got sideways very quickly! Here’s some photos LOVE IT

    Popped out for a pizza and took these... First three are looking towards North West Harrogate area (ish) Last one is looking ‘down’ (South) Leeds Road....towards Pannal. 11 miles North of Leeds (ish)

    @Paul Sherman I really hope you don’t mind me asking you for some help....I’m in Harrogate and looking to increase my chances of potentially seeing a storm.....should I stay put and just keep my fingers crossed or should I jump in the car and drive/head to...? yes I’m a noob Thanks Benjamin
