Clear and very cold. I don't know what it is here, but it's below -15 somewhere in Highland Region.
Peter, I think it's about -7/-8 around Inverness right now (10.13)
Altnaharra dipped down to -15C last night. My prediction was right!
BBC always underestimate the Scottish Highlands on cold nights like we've just had.

Very cold across Scotland tonight!
Already a teeth-chattering minus 10 in Loch Glascarnoch. I'm sure we would see something around -15 in the most sheltered glens into tomorrow morning.

Snow has settled more in the east of the town than in the west (what a coincidence!). Town centre has a slight covering but rain/sleet washing it away now.

Had a mixture of everything last night in the form of showers; rain, sleet, hail, snow and some thunder too.
Mountains have a slight snowcover, cars have a little but of slush on them! Everything else is soaking wet.

du, I'm really quite disappointed by this weather. All the showers have been of rain with some sleet.. they've been pretty heavy and persistent too. Temps 2.9C at the mo.
Very dark, ominous cloud coming my way over Mynydd Fach (400m) .. expecting some snowfall soon!

Not too bad here this morning - fairly bright with some sunshine at times, but becoming increasingly cloudy, expecting some showers later. It's 7.6C.
Had some great stormy weather last night! Lot's of rumbles of thunder and flashes of lightning, with some torrential downpours. Kept me awake for a few hours. Great stuff tho!

After a cool night (although considerably warmer than of late), it's a glorious start to Sunday.
Temperature at 6.8C and rising with cirrus clouds building up in the far north and west. A very light NW'ly.

Currently raining here in my part of south Wales.. altho it does feel icy.
We had another harsh frost last night - despite the forecast for a low in Wales of -1C I think that Sennybridge dipped to nearly -4C and has only managed to reach 3C through today. Had some icy patches to contend with this morning as well.
Very cold indeed !

Maximum here of 22.8 with clear blue skies.. 21.7 was the high yesterday. Expecting two more days of sunny skies and summer warmth!
