ok, so i am really confused metO putting snow risk only to the south, but other people and places are saying north, i don't get it haha, am i missing something

nothing here, wasn't expecting anything tonight though, so if it does arrive then its just a bonus

well thats me done for night, going to tidy up the mess kids have left for me, have a cuppa and go to bed, all in all a fab night for us here, almost stopped now and dripping getting worse haha, fingers crossed for more events in the rest of winter!

almost stopped here now, been to the back door and can hear the dreaded DRIP lol, oh well, been a great night

well tonight has been fab, been snowballing with the kids, still coming down now, moderately, any ideas when it is due to stop, been great, wasn't expecting anything like this :)

anyone know how long barnsley look like getting the lovely white stuff for? or if it going to get heavier? its only light to moderate here

wish i lived in the Midlands lol, people reporting snow in their thread, i want snow haha, might throw a paddy and see if i get my own way! LOL

but then again, just checked metO and we only forecast sleet oh well fingers crossed still lol

got to say i love the optimism, i am with you guys, winter has only just started, as it has been mentioned a few times, we have had much more seasonal weather already than what we did last year! no matter what the charts are showing at the moment, we all must keep in mind they can flip at the drop of a hat to show what we all want to see! i do feel our winter cannot be as poor as the last one and i have already asked Santa to fetch me a new sledge for Xmas haha
