    my house mate is there now on security, whitfield to eastry bypass was down to 1 lane but snow plough was clearing it, starting to drift a bit off the fields, not as bad as in january,

    from the round about at fowlmead towards deal looks evil, i wouldnt try getting through there, the local farmers are digging it for gritters to get through, even the aa gave up and came back

    i live half way along the a258, it gets worse towards sandwich, one of my neighbours got through with a land cruiser 4x4, the police asked how the hell he managed it,

    they are playing follow the snow plough to sandwich, only way through if your brave

    there is a snow plough and a gritter now stuck, a local farmer is pulling people out with a tractor one at a time

    after a brief increase in temps they are starting to drop away again quite quickly on east kent coast
