Neither of these are reflected in the local forecast but the local forecast timings were out even though it got the top speed right so who knows what tomorrow brings.

Went to Goyt valley this morning. Both dams full and overflowing but not a lot going over. Very rare too see anything these days going over the spill way which I guess is due to the high demand put on the dams these days.
Eruption still ongoing but eruption rate to low to bother Grindavik right now. Interestingly the inflation has resumed which indicates the outflow no longer matches the inflow. This of course mean the outflow increases or more fissures open up if the inflation continues. So worth keeping an eye on.
Interesting little feature which has been around for a day or two. Could bring very strong winds to channel these moving N during the day with a brief spell of 50 to 55 mph gusts going through Yorkshire later.
Sunny spells and light showers for the afternoon. Very mild and breezy

Metwatch Pretty good article if one reads it properly. Basically highlighting the problem of mis management and growing population. In future years we may need it to be wet to keep pace. Add in farmers not being able to grow crops things don't look to good if the present inaction by governments continue.
A heavy showeer early on then drier with the odd spot of rain and sunny spells.
Temp 13.4C, Barometer 995mb rising slowly, Winds F3 SSW, Rainfall since midnight 6mm
