A good call to have the current yellow snow and ice warning where it is IMO. I think there potentially could be some disruption to travel Monday morning.
With you on this Dan,in my opinion snowfall amounts will be greater than predicted.

Sunday daytime is not favourable and never has been,evening/overnight and onwards into Monday morning however is different.

When and if we get a Thames streamer, can someone explain what sort of area it tends to cover.
The clue is in the name perhaps?

I wouldnt worry about the daytime to be fair we are more likely to see snow starting to fall in the early hours of Monday with some of us waking up to a small covering. In this situations there will always be a high degree of uncertainty but personally for what it is worth as least most people in our region will at least see a little snow and come on the synoptics are much better than recent winters.

Been a mixture of rain, sleet and very wet snow this morning just south of Croydon.
It's a sad state of affairs that people are getting so excited about this. In all honesty it's just a chilly, wet mess!
Anything that is remotely white that comes out of the sky is unusual down here
