Morning.
Watched a fantastic storm develop and then move out over the coast from Cleethorpes last night. I think Easington would have caught the brunt of it all.
Clouds started rolling in at about 19:00 and the storm past just to the NW of Cleethorpes but Immingham was reported to have hailstones. Brilliant CG's at one point. It was still flashing away out to sea at 21:30.

Hi,
Sorry its a bit late, but around 17:15 we had a bit of a Thunderstorm in the Humber!!......it was really blowy, with some weird cloud formations just before and occaisionally hail was falling. The Lightning was a little intense, but the Thunder was really loud. It must have lasted about 10-15 mins.......strange thing is though, it was really quite cold at the same time.
Still a bit breezy now as i type, but it seems to be quite clear.

Hi,
Around 18:45, we had a short, but spectacular storm here in Grimsby/Cleethorpes. Very Loud Thunder and lots of Forks around (very close)...followed by torrential rain. Storm headed out to sea, then it started getting humid again. As i type it looks very imposing looking towards the wolds....maybe another inbound.

Hi.
Been a Thundery day here in Cleethorpes. Last storm passed just off the coast at around 19:00. Seemed strange to see Lightning bolts over the sea when it was sunny where i was stood. Spectacular cloud formations at the moment.

Hi,
Very weird weather here in Cleethorpes. All day its been muggy, murky and after some heavy rain this afternoon, it came in really foggy. This lasted up until about 10 mins ago!!. There were a few rumbles of thunder and a bit of rain and the wind pickedup. The fog cleared almost immediately and you can now see towering CB's and blue sky!!....it was almost as if someone switched on a giant fan....and the fog was gone. Clouds building from the wolds direction now.

Hi,
Bit of a sit rep from Cleethorpes.
Wind force 6-7 and blowing ENEish, was out in the boat this morning and there were plenty of big clouds out in the North Sea.
Showers keep packing in on the strong wind and occaisionally the boats out in the anchorage disapear. From what i have seen, alot of the showers are heading in land Sth of my location and in the direction of Tetney-Mablethorpe......with only a few to the north ,Immingham area etc.Had a couple of flurries in Cleethorpes but nothing to write home about. As i type it looks like another shower is blowing in...........
