here it is , big storm over Slovenia!

hello ppl! very hot in croatia, 30°C degrees and more, in later part of the day some very heavy storms are possible in region south of the Alps (esp. Hungary, Austria, Slovenija)

It's only midnight and some places (at 0m!) in Croatia have -19°C, I expect many places will have -20°C in the morning, possibly down to -25°C

Poreč is norther Adriatic so, although rare, snow is much more often than in Duborvnik (south Adriatic) where it snows once in few years! I have meteo-frined in Dubrovnik, I'll ask him for possible pics.

It is extremly rare to have fog at Adriatiac sea and coast. Last 14 day the very strong and static High dominated the "scene". As a result, a fog appeared in nothern and parts of central Adriatics. And it's very unique shaped!

You lucky guys, all of you. Funny but all snow I saw this year was in october and november. I don't wanna scare you but today's temps here are from 10 to 15°C. Maybe i will have something to report here in the middle of the coming week

22cm of snow today at Velebit mountain here today, it's the 1st falls snow! The drop of temperature was dramatic here, here is a comparation yesterday and today 12AM:

Greetings! Once again a massive heat wave in Croatia, second this summer. The day temperature reached 38°C in some place inland. With tropic humidity around 70 to 85% the feel is just horrible. The sea temp is from 23 to 26°C, so everyone visit Adriatics! The big change is on the way, thought. From sunday on the high will gradualy disappear, and the low from the eastern Europe will approach Balkans forming new low in Adriatic sea. A drop of tempeartura of 15 degrees is even possible for the begining of the next week and very welecomed rain with it! The august is coming, we're at the top of the summer, 2 more weeks and the summer becomes less and less powerful!

Excuse me! I see temps in UK like 12, 13 to 15 degrees. please don't tell me it's usual temerature for mid july. If so ... :roll:

Hey people, greetings from suuny Croatia. Oh, guess what. Today for the first time the day temp reached 40°C! (Island of Mljet). Real hell! But the "summerkiller" is on the way! :!:
