    Big Brother the Live Final.
I have decided that if Ashlene (or whatever her name is) wins I shall never watch the show again. If Pete or Glynn win I shall be a happy boy and will demonstrate my happiness with Mrs Dazza, although I haven't decided how just yet.

Finally managed to get hold of the buyers today since the recent incident.
The husband appears to be coming out of hospital later today (Friday) although he is not out of the woods yet. Still at least he is still with us .
I found out today (Thursday) that I didn't get the job I went for in Belfast, I can't help it if I am useless  , perhaps Oon may employ me?
Still chin up, still applying although I have found that I am battling with the newly released and soon to be exploited students that have just qualified. I mean, who in their right mind would work as an IT manager for £6.50 per hour add another £10 per hour and it may be worth it!
Still, if we can get this flaming house sold I can move forward with my company plans and get back to the nitty gritty of working on my own.
Well a boring read, and hey, well, it beats counting sheep (just).

Just though I would add this as an after note form my blog entry before.
After reading back what I had written it would appear that I am a nasty piece of work that doesn't care about the wellbeing of others, whilst this may be true (well not entirely true), the interest of my family and my own health is a priority.
We have become very close to our buyers as we accepted their offer last year and have all gone through a lot over the past year. I am very sad for the buyers, but we just want the house sold so we can move on.
So just to clear it up then, trying not to be nasty, just frustrated!

Just when you think things can't get any worse, we received a call on Saturday morning to say that the husband of our house buyers is in Intensive Care!!
The trouble is that he is self employed and this could affect their ability to retain their mortgage to buy our house. You may be thinking, oh well just get another buyer, but its not that simple. I won't go into detail here but Mrs Dazza and I are at the end of our tether!
We will have to see what this week brings and take one step at a time.
Oh if only life were simple .

As they say, 'all good things must come to an end'.
I took my beloved 1992 Rover to the exhaust doctor today (Not Kwik Fit though Mick - although that song was going around in my head for the rest of the day B) ), and the lovely exhaust man sad that I needed a complete exhaust . He quoted £275 + VAT + Fitting. The car is also due for MOT on Saturday morning which could add another 2-300 quid in repairs to the bill.
So I have had a long chat with Mrs Dazza and we have decided to lay the beloved car to rest *crying smiley*.
RIP Rhonda Rover, you have served me well......

Visited our house buyers today and took them out to the house and explained the few outstanding issues that their solicitor is using against us to prevent them buying. They are kind of trivial matters but their solicitor is playing the high almighty if I say you can't buy, then you can't card.
Our buyers are desperate to buy the house and have said that they will now use an alternative solicitor to complete if their existing one won't.
    Does it all sound confusing?
A summary of our woes is as follows:
We put our house on the market in February 2005, we had several viewings and accepted an offer in May 2005 (the 13th funnily enough). We set a date for completion of the 7th July 2005 and a week before we were due to complete the buyers solicitor stopped completion. He had found a discrepency in certain documentation which prevented him from signing it off. If you are ready for this here goes, the land our house was sitting on wasn't in our name , we had no right to water to the property and we had no right to effluent soakaway from the property . So to cut a long story short, we had a house sitting on someone elses land and had no right to do anything with it. In fact we had no legal title to the property and had no legal right to sell it. You can imagine the horror which followed and the friction it caused between Mrs Dazza and me!
Well since July last year we have fought and fought to get things turned around. In November we threatened the Land Registry with 'sit in' action until they took note of our plight and honoured us as tax paying citizens in an effort to get things put into our name. This went on and on, with a lot of being shoved from one civil servant to another.
So to cut a long story short in July of this year the Deeds were finally placed in the name of Mr & Mrs Dazza and the site was remapped and the water and soakaway easements were finalised. However, just as we thought we were ready to sell we find that part of our garden is in no-mans land territory and even worse than that it would apear that our septic tank is in this area B) .
So this is where we are at with things at the moment. A Quantity Surveyer is due to come out to see exactly what portion of land is in no-mans land and whether the septic tank will have to be moved or not .
    There ends todays entry....

Owing to massive pressure from fellow members I have decided to start a blog.
This blog will relay heartache, love, stress and general upset and is not recommended viewing for the faint of heart.
    Enjoy.
