That's impressive . Another torrential downpour just coming to an end I believe. What a wild afternoon ! -
I think Somerset has bagged it ! No thunder, but boy oh boy the heavens have opened and showing little sign of easing . I feel quite greedy when others could do with a lot more .

Had a beautiful storm in Taunton an hour ago, and now the clouds are building again , insects flying around feeling stuffy and humid . The sun has been out whilst the clouds have been building . I have had a look on netweather radar and I believe a heavy shower is on its way in the next 30 mins or so . -
If I have read the radar correctly then maybe more heavy showers are on the way. The sky would seem to suggest that, but then who knows . Dark grey sky, clouds towering but the sun still peeking through feeding the intensity of the humidity. ...

Still looking blackout the back and the sun shining intensely to the side .... can't decide whether it will pour down or fade . My headache has intensified .. not that it is a reliable indicator .

Turning in to a cracking storm ! Decent thunder , can't see the lightning . Rain returning .

Whooo hoooooo ! Two beautiful cracks of thunder and a downpour happening now ! I thought it was humid and not just my temperature and sore throat. That has cheered me up no end . Garden has had another drenching . Lovely .

A good steady soaking that has put my sweet peas to right . A heavy ( ish) shower a moment ago ,in the back garden and sun shining in the front :-) . 12C here .

I think It was a respectable day all round . It's 14 C now . Beautiful evening , going to be a lovely sunset !

It's a beautiful hazy sunny morning , opend up the conservatory door as it was ( according to my new temp sensor getting on for 25 C ) , iit's 12.5 C outside , a light breeze .rather lovely , either time in the garden or time for a walk :-) with the camera .

Grey, windy and very chilly now. The sun did try and peek through at times .

Very chilly here too, grey all day . Boight my soil and temperature monitor today It got to the dizzy temperature height of 13 C ! Feeling very cold now . Where is the warmth ?!

Here in " sunny Somerset " same thing happening too... looks as though it could hammer down, with thunder etc but nowt happening . perhaps the end of the world tiz nigh ........lol , sorry, hard day at work . Going to take a photo I think and try and post it .

Intense downpour an hour ago. Nice looking cell , only for it to limp off .. very warm for a few hours building up to the rain..

Wonderfully heavy rain on the conservatory roof - a sound I have missed . Hoping my sweet peas will benefit . tohught I heard some rumbles but perhaps I have imagined it . Im in Somerset btw.

Rain now falling , what a wonderful sound . A very breezy morning with light cloud and sunshine . Good for the garden .
