Seems to be mostly out at sea, maybe thats why the colour? And yep @Norfolk Sheep so storm starved are we, that even a few rumbles and some lights in the sky is exciting these days.

Some heavy showers now coming through, a warning issued, which will likely kill them off. Could be a wet afternoon ahead, with the outside chance of a rumble or two. Hope Colette feels better soon Tom.

So apparently we got thunder and lightning and heavy rain last night? Didn’t hear a thing! Can’t have been that impressive? Did however get bloomin wet on the 5.30am dog walk, typical. Many clouds about today, still very warm in the sunshine. More rain needed, just not at walk time please

Winds have picked up here in Suffolk in the last half hour, still don’t see us getting any T&L, nothing last night either. Boring. Still a bit of rain might be nice

Woo hooo 4 minutes heavy rain, so excited, that made up for the total bust of hours of predicted thunderstorms

Got up early on my day off to get the dogs walked before the promised storms and where is it???? Way out west looking at the radar, can see the cloud tops in the distance and the sky is yellow here. Might not even get a drop of rain at this rate, should have known as soon as the warning was issued it was never gonna happen. Vile and humid still here, no wind and Im extremely peed off!

Another 30c prediction for this area again today, when will this heat hell ever end this summer? I know many here are enjoying it but I can’t stand any more, I want rain and cold and wind and snow and more snow and just a bit more snow on top of that!
