Seems like only ECMWF does this with UKMO and ARPEGE giving the GFS situation, huge difference for this time scale?

June's value was -3.81 and negative for first time in 25 months, I've plotted it below with the previous two "normal" cycles since Jan 2011

For me the largest difference in this morning's run happens already around Wednesday where see stronger ridge formation.
