Im a bit confused about tomorrow, live in mottram near glossop so at the bottom of our region, does anyone have an idea whether or not we will get any snow in my location. I know its only a guess, its just I considering taking the day off but may as well not bother if were out of the firing line

got a sister who lives on walney still, so got to travel through barrow when visiting her, lovely Island Walney, shame barrows on the other end of it, don't mind Dalton. Not as meat headish as Barrow, thank god I didn't get a job in the yard and moved Manchester way.

and you move to furness ? I'm from Barrow originally, use to have to go to tarn howes to see snow, hence I live in the peak district now, more snow and not Barrow - say no more

graupel/ hail mix in Mottram - feels well cold when getting the cat in - who wasnt enjoying the wintryness - more confident now that conditions are better and am hopeful we should see some settling snow here. Yay !

really looking forward to what tonight might bring, not in work tomorrow so radar watching for me. Anyone near the glossop area who is temperature reading, Im in Broadbottom and so pretty close, interested to see where we are at currently thats all, good luck people.

Good Evening all, new poster on here. Have been excited by all the comments on here about the upcoming cold snap. I live in mottram nearly staylybridge in Tameside, am I too far east or is there a chance the snow showers might reach me. Im fairly high up here so height not an issue but just wanted to know if they would reach this far inland. Thanks.

the area of snow in yorkshire to my east given we have a north easterly wind might they then move over the pennines to east manchester/Oldham/ Glossop area. I have currently have light snow
