Maybe me saying 5am was a stretch, but I'll stay up as long as I can. 2am is my usual cutoff point on the weekend. -

Wiltshire Council actually approved plans about 2 years ago to turn off street lights at night; but I think only in the major towns like Salisbury and Andover, etc.. because they are still on around my area from what I can see.
