Tomorrow morning looks the worst time. If it was me, I'd delay driving back until after lunchtime.
Thanks a lot, we were planning on staying till around 1 or 2 and then heading back north. It's mostly motorway but there's a good few miles between Shrewsbury and where I'm going of country B roads that I'm not looking forward to

Can anyone advise ref the current possible timings? I'm going down to Shropshire from Sheffield this morning and travelling back tomorrow and I'm driving with my little boy who's 9 months so want to try and plan the best possible time to travel

Heaviest snow of the day here in Mansfield. Has been on and off all day but this latest snowfall hasn’t stopped in a good 20 mins and everything is white now

Any thoughts on whether Notts may benefit from this next system coming in?

Snowing again here up in Warsop. Already got a fair bit up this way (seems more than Mansfield too!)
wind blowing a gale too!

Just driven from Notts city centre back to Mansfield and has taken me over two hours plus to get home. As I drove north from Notts the weather has steadily got worse with blizzard conditions in places. I’ve managed to get Home to warsop which is particularly snowy at the moment and at least 4 inch’s on the ground
