Is that a lightning detector I hear? Awesome video, thanks for sharing and putting your time and effort into it.
It is, yeah. Very handy when you're trying to find strikes in a long video because you'll notice a sudden spike in audio

What time was this Zak?! Wondering if this is what I caught.
Between 13:28 - 13:35!
It is most likely the same funnel, I might have the direction mixed up.

Just released Friday's storm video to YouTube. Caught a lot of good bolts.
And, of course, I'll provide screengrabs from the video below to those who prefer not to watch:
First storm - had to boost the contrast for these shots since the bolts appeared very faint.
Second storm - much more lightning caught. Nice rumbles as well.
Managed to film one of those strikes from three different cameras so I'll have to sync them together at some point!

Anyone have visuals on that storm south of Cambridge?
It's gone berserk. Getting similarities from 20 July 2021.

Bloody hell it went a bit nuts here. Roughly a CG every thirty seconds

Beautiful sky this morning - accas with the moon photobombing the shot. Now time for sleep
