Well the BBC seem to think any snow on Sunday will be confined to Eastern and Southern England. The FAX don't totally agree.
-
It's currently -9.2 here in West Cheshire. I opened my window for a few minutes before and the inside window was frozen solid. All the snow here still remains, everywhere but on trees. It's quite nice to see the snow is actually still powdery! I hope we get more on Sunday/Monday... Here's to hoping.

Haha. Clearly i didn't read anything properly - just seen the newsletter!

Oooh, i wouldn't mind that sufflok.
-
Yeah, blow some this way.

Argh, the big flakes are by-passing Cheshire and going into the luckier people in every direction of me!
/me looks outside
Infact, it's getting heavier! This snow aint going to be going anywhere for a while, woo!
-
Woah! That's cool, but yet in a weird and wonderful way.
-
Aah, i see i'm not the only person in the same boat!

Is it just me, or are the wasps bigger than ever this year? I've seen quite alot already and they actually look mammoth comapred to the size of them last year or in previous years. Will there be a "Planet of the Wasps" type invasion? My bet is it's something to do with Global Warming, either that or i'm just seeing all the big wasps out there compared to the little 'uns. Ugh, i fricken' hate them!

It's possible Snow Queen, but i think you would find a more accurate answer if you ask again on Wednesday or so, as things tend to change from now to crunch time

I worked it out eventually, looked at the code from someone else's post with a picture in it. It would have been better if I'd thought it through before asking for help. (doh!)
Thanks anyway people!!!!!!!

There is a huge nest in our back garden, of which produces thousands of ants. We get the same nest and same ants every year, as a kid i used to be there all day tipping hot cups of water down the cracks to wash them away and/or burn them to death - grr. I hate it when there are loads of flying ants, ooh, they're sods!

We did speak about looking at webcasts but yep, who would do it is a good question!! Maybe one for the future

Not OON or Peter Tattum, they'd scare the customers away

Cheers Mr Sleet - a redesign is in the offing - current (very rough) target is the autumn as a release of the new look, but thats subject to change! You are right, it can be a bit cluttered at times, to put it simply we have outgrown our current layout

You need something with a 'frame' or 'border', just something that keeps all the informaton and stuff 'collected'. Something along these lines: http://www.sk-gaming.com/index/.

North West Cold Spell Discussion
in Spring Weather Discussion

The FAX are still adamant of snow for the North West for Sunday, especially so on Monday and Tuesday and the GFS seem reasonably happy that the -850 temperature will be cold enough for some decent snow on Monday in particular. If only that pool of -10 hovered over us until after Wednesday.... Argh!
