the 'sting in the tail' for the east coast may just be appearing on the radar. Strong development approx 50 miles off the coast and heading inland as the LP dives south
the wunderground radar shows where the band of havier ppn currently is. Everything infront of this is extremely light it would seem and is being picked up via precipitype radars
I recorded a small tornado on my way to leeds last thursday. Ignore the discharge from the power station cooling towers, the rotation is to the left!! A mile of so later the carriageway was strewn with small debris
