You've got nice and lucky then. We in Scunthorpe developed that storm for you. Just started to unleash its rain and lightning AFTER it had passed to the north of us
I'm not in hull I'm in Swansea, just looking at radar

Yeah but the met office have is just die down so you’ll have to monitor it closely

Don’t know what the met office are thinking to be honest, we’ve had a lovely sunny day since 10am and we’re at 24 but tommorow they reckon we will get 27 under the cloud

Nothing here in Swansea either. Lovely evening though just need to top it off with a big old storm

The storms in the build ups in the Bristol Channel aren’t making it.

Storms tumbled all morning and stopped about 2 ish. Do we reckon that Swansea will get anything else this evening

Have a feeling that that is all we are going to get in the SW today. The rain has cooled the air dramatically now at 19.1c. Also looks like a pretty sturdy layer of cloud cover so no signs of it increasing
-
Yeah it’s really getting pretty exiting on the Gower( the peninsula next to Swansea)

Yep it looks like carnage in south west wales, I just missed everything but got a good view from a distance.

That area in the SW is looking very interesting now. Just have to see how that keeps on developing through the next few hours. Cloud has now gone and temps are rising fast in the Birmingham area, lets try for low 30's to get those storms ignited!!!
Yeah it was only 22c western Swansea and it was pretty ignited

I completely take back what I said it look like it may just clip the west side of Swansea

Unfortunately looks like the storms in Devon and Cornwall are jus going to miss Swansea if they continue to travel the same way, a shame for us.

Say now on the south coast of Gower in Swansea and can see the storms out at sea. Also when returning back to my house I can see the storms north of Swansea. They are all very distant though. Also as you can see by the picture the sea mist has basically lifted and the temperature now at a solid 20c in the sun. Things beginning to look better for us

Can any of the experts give me some idea of the chances in Swansea Today. We have a small bit of sea mist that’s starting to burn off.
