    August been fairly average in Belfast but we've had a lot worse summer weather. But then a historic July heatwave and a dry and sunny June mean this summer has been a vintage one already .

    Belfast at 30c again today and n Ireland temp record gone again within 4 days . Make no mistake,- in the context of n Ireland this is an epic heatwave. New temp high could be exceeded yet again tomorrow

    Once again beautiful sunshine in Belfast with temps around 20c. We've been consistently dry now for around 6 weeks with only light passing showers a few days Very unusual for it to be so dry and sunny here and so wet in the south East. Very unusual pattern
