    Definately more active this named Storm than Isha was in this neck of the woods.

    The wind has really ramped up here in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire in the last hour. More sustained gusts than storm Isha for sure.

    Much worse than Friday here in Chester, it was the duration of the strong winds from dawn till about 11am,still windy. I know we was under a yellow warning, but surely an amber for the early hours today?

    Sorry for my ignorance, what is a squall line?, Is this something I experienced earlier this afternoon in Chester, sustained winds and heavy rain?

    I used to follow this forum many years ago, and started recently again, and followed the Eunice thread from Friday. I have to say Franklin the latest one is packing a bigger punch than Fridays in terms of wind and rain, we had a spell of rain and wind earlier this afternoon it was horrendous for about 5 mins felt like a freight train going past.
