    agree it’s not warm but humid had a sweat on walking the dogs on a swift 4 mile walk

    Not much wind but the rain and lightning was the best for over 2 years very similar to when I worked in the South China Sea lightning there was unreal

    Some good strobe lightning around 4am turned surface based soon after with torrential rain ,pretty miserable today

    Had a high based shower around sunset with mammatus clouds , certainly an unstable atmosphere

    Fence done ,rather blustery day though remained dry with only the odd spot ,some interesting cloud formations this morning

    A great day for replacing side fence should be done tomorrow thought I’d do it as house going on market great timing lol ,never thought I’d be in t shirt and shorts again this year

    Ended up at the swan at Newby bridge for lunch not to bad a day

    Cool clear and bright nice walk with the dogs now home for a fry up might have a run out to the lakes this afternoon

    Some beefy storms on sat 24 with cloud tops at 10k meters might be fun and games later

    Woke to rain rattling windows showers on and off with some distant anvils fits with the T and L threat later

    Morning was a bit cheesy afternoon was usable with some warmth so got some tasks done

    Miserable day certainly not the day for building playing card towers in the garden so I put a new power breaker in garage
