Not building my hopes up for Liverpool at all.has snow for a few hours then rain all day

This event (of you can call it that) seems to have us missing out .mainly south and Wales it seems .standard!

I'm in Liverpool and it is quite underwhelming.says sleet showers on and off all week and two hours of heavy snow at the weekend before it turns to rain. I'd take those little symbols with a pinch of salt.

Was working in runcorn and had some heavy snow but didn't stick.just returned to mossley hill and it was pelting down for about twenty minutes left a good covering again .some remained from yesterday's.lovely to see.is that it now or is more expected?

Looking over to the Wirral and North Wales and they seem to have showers .could be wrong like but nothing here but sunshine in Liverpool .not hopeful for today/tonight

Starting to melt here on all but favoured surfaces really hoping for more later but not holding my breath.off to work now hope to be walking home in the snow later.

Nothing here this morning in south Liverpool .kept the little snow we have had and it's like an ice rink on quieter roads.hoping for more later this evening lovely and crisp out there with blue skies.clouds forming in the distance .

The forecast is showing snow and sleet showers from 5pm onwards here.showed it to be dry last night but that was wrong . Hope on this occasion they are right.lovely to wake up to everywhere completely white all be it just a slight covering.foggy here now but beautifully scenic.

Amazed. Was clear skies when I left work.just got home off the bus and walked for ten minutes in heavy snow everywhere now has a covering. This is brilliant and a lovely surprise Same here in mossley hill.avaoluyely everywhere has turned white including rose lane and allerton road which are both heavy with traffic

Just on my way back from work speke to mossley hill.dusting on cars grass etc.not sure if we get anything more tonight. Clouds are broken mainly clear skies. Tomorrow evening looks like the best shout. My Mrs lives in caergwle north Wales and has had a fair bit there.

Just had a graupel shower here in mossley hill liverpool.nothing to right home about but quite a positive thing to see.certainky cold enough for some snow if we get heavy showers.

British weather never fails to amaze me.just left for work and can safely say feels pretty mild . And yet on our doorstep is the possibility of some snow in just a few days. Madness

I love the snow and the cold weather .however working in a warehouse I'm quite pleased for these milder conditions at present .when we had that cold spell I was going to work with about 18 layers on.looked like joey from friends when he robbed all Chandler's clothes.

Well feels positively mild today as I head into work.can actually feel my fingers for a change.yes the rain is annoying but it is nice not to feel bloody freezing. More interest to come after Xmas for snow lovers it seems.

Was snowing this morning in mossley hill.around 8am when I went out for a coffee .nothing but rain since.

Well after waking up to a flurry of snow showers it is now tipping it down with rain and noticably warmer here in mossley hill liverpool
