No. Most years the farmers are facing a quagmire at the end of winter. Then a dry April. Hopefully this year will give us rain when we need it. The dry conditions now will enable crops to be sown early. The country needs this to be relatively self sufficient.

Our reservoirs are full and over brimming in the Pennines so any more rain is fruitless until growing season
