  1. Hi,

Hope it's OK to post this webcam link, it's not Norway but it has a lot of snow in Winter. Has a very fast refresh rate too.

At the moment there is no snow and for some reason it's pointing towards the ground but usually it points to the cabins with the mountains in the background.

You can also keep an eye on the weather for the area and watch out for snow at

Hope you find this interesting (when they move the camera)

    Best Regards,

    Mark.

The above webcam has been turned upwards so you can see the mountains with snow on already. Lovely view. Hope it stays like that for the winter

No fog up here in Stanley, Co. Durham yet, for a change.

At work in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear is been quite gloomy most of the day with some thick cloud, almost a thundery look.

  4. Storm started as I travelled from Jarrow, Tyne and Wear at about 6:00.

Went very dark, streetlights came on, torrential rain flooding roads.

Lightning was very frequent and close to me as I traveled home to Stanley. I must admit I was quite scared at one point as it flashed all around. One bit was pink and lit the pace up with a steady light for about 2 seconds. When i got home i grabbed the video camera and managed to capture a few bits of lightning before it died away.

I should be uploading this to the photography section tomorrow night.

  5. Where i work in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear there has been a bit of rain and a few rumbles of thunder. In Newcastle though there has been flash flooding and roads closed. Back home in Stanley there are some beefy clouds around, hoping for some more thunder and lightning
