    it's been snowing all day morning - light snow, afternoon - wet snow, evening (start soon) - heavy snow (as it gets colder it'll steadily turn to snow. AND IT'S STICKING ON THE HILLS OF THE MENDIPS NOW, YAY YAY YAY!!!

    yipee, it has been snowing here in north somerset for ages now, no settling as the ground is wet. but it is fine snow, and is getting heavier.

    snow, falling really heavilly now, everything is white now, 3 cm snow on ground. wind is also picking up.

    it has been snowing for at least an hour now, and it is sticking with about 2 cm on the ground here in cheddar, getting heavier as i speak, no signs of it turning to rain, but there is a met-office weather warning out for the west country. maybe there could be a few more hours to come.

    some fair weather cloud here at the moment in cheddar but there looks to be an anvil SW of me. just looked at satellite for the next few days and it looks set to warm up considerabley on today's temps at only 15.2 degrees currently. can't wait till winter for some more snow.

    well the wind must of taken it further south but i got a few flashes of lightning on my camcorder so that was somethng. i am logging off for now will be back on at 3 to see what more has developed.,

    hey, how are you all doing. 1 storm with a few rumbles of thunder has just passed, near me and is heading towards bath. looks good as the uk storm season is still to come.

    hi there. no storms here at the moment but hopefully tonight or the next few days we could be lucky. the lightning chart shows loads of lightning in midlands. any news?????

    TOLD YA SO. STORM MADE NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER JUST A BIT OF THUNDER AND IS MOVING NORTH WEST SO THESE STORMS CAN GO ANYWHERE. TRUST THE BRITISH WEATHER. BUT THERE ARE HUNDREADS OF LIGHTNING BOLTS AND STORMS SPREADING UP FROM THE SOUTH AND IT LOOKS LIKE I COULD GET SOME AS THEY ARE IN MY DIRECTION. HOPE YOU GUYS GET SOME MORE ACTIVITY SOON TOO. AND LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE A LOT OF MEMBERS WATCHING ASWELL

    KNEELY200 - THATS ME I AM IN CHEDDAR, HUGE CUMILLONIMBUS CLOUDS BUILDING TO THE SOUTH WEST LOOKS OMNIBUS AND I HAD AT LEAST 4 STORMS LAST NIGHT BUT THE LATEST ONE WHICH STARTED AT 11.30PM AND FINISHED AT 2.07AM WAS REPORTED TO HAVE A TORNADO EMBEDDED IN IT. IF ANYONE KNOWS MORE THEN SEND MESSAGE. CHEERS - KNEELY200 IN CHEDDAR OHH AND SORRY CAN EVERYONE ELSE PUT WHERE THEY ARE SO I CAN WORK OUT WHERE EXACTLY THE STORMS ARE.

    i had no storm dis mornin' but looks opeful soon. cheers ohh yeah and wasn't last night a whopper. i live in cheddar in somerset and there was a fork lightning bolt 2 fields away from my house so opefully there will be more to come for me today. Plus it looks like there are loads of new storms tracking up from the south on the uk live lightning charts.
