    i've noticed that on blitzortung, as well i'm off for 3 days so staying up all night on lappy (hopefully) back in work sat :lol:

    marcus surfer i don't think we will have anything tonight well hopefully not not on main pc (switched off) but using laptop in bedroom, with wireless router on next to main pc edit something is brewing down south in the english channel near lands end

    nick, there seems to be alot sferics over the irish sea and parts of wales why's that then when there is no cape to be had?? as far as i'm aware cheers

    I hope there are no storms on thurs, as I have to 'Swamp Test' our pontoons down at the Boat Station :lol: in barry, (I'm in the Sea Cadets) for insurance purposes so I don't want thunder as I will be hiding in the container otherwise!!

    I will head down to Cardiff Yacht club (member) and use my mates yacht on which I'm chief engineer, to motor down there or if enough wind= sail back on topic I Don't think we will have thunder tonight

    there is a shower on the way, will make landfall in about 5 mins near llanelli according to radar

    gone quite nice here in cardiff, had a bit of rain, no sferics though and yes the forums did crash (from my perspective anyway ), few dark clouds but I can see it is going to be a peaceful night :lol: Viking SMB

    joey, It could be very localised or whatever, I'm right across the channel from weston and there is nothing as far as i'm aware (i'm in cardiff postcode CF14, stuff in cornwall is showing no sferics as far as i'm aware, prob just heavy rain ta rob
