I'm having a WMR968 for christmas! with internet software etc. Thundery - i brought mine from the States too, much cheaper!!

Loud Clap of thunder & hevy rain at 11.00am whilst i was working at Shrewsbury (Shropshire)

2 storms just passed by, amazing clouds on the one looking towards shropshire, the other storm had mamma forming under it. Its north east of me now. I took a couple of photos too, ill post them soon.

Can hear thunder in the distance, as i type a louder rumble has just happened. (also there are some people playing with kites on the park!!! )

I wish i could Jk - all i got here is very heavy rain B) still got audio on the storm but has passed by now.. just hoping for a night show, now that would be good B)

2nd storm passing over now - 1st one skirted to the east to north east. Current one is high but lighning is frequent, a friend who lives in Tipton sent me a pic a hailstones the size of grapes! took from his mobile here's the pic

Massive storm on its way to me as i type this, permant low rumbles, approx 25 miles away, and getting louder

Thanks Paul Took about 30 in total of that storm... the Mamatus clouds were really big. Also I have pics of the clouds that got Stone (near Stoke on Trent) flooded last year, i was roughly 14 miles from Stone at the time. 3 Storms in all passed me by, kinda good to see them at a good distance (even tho ide have prefered to be in the middle of them!!)

Hi all, heres a few shots i took when on holiday earler in May. Location was Weyborne, near Sherringham, Norfolk (7/5/05) I was camping there with friends, but my parents were staying at Holme (near Hunstanton) They had the full extent of the storm... Large hailstones, alot of lightning etc.
