we have thunder here on and off....trying to work out the direction

that must be it then not technical on weather,but that came from no where.I was checking the clouds all night every 10 mins.then explosion with heavy rain. asoon as it got off the cotsworld hills here it died suddenly I have to be carefull my room is full of high powered music equipment.big electricty bill...Im always worried it could attract lightning or maybe Im wrong can here thunder again..distant

I could be wrong but I reckon that thing grew over the hill here and exploded into action and died when it went across the valley..flat land

thanks Andy.....that blows the myth that Anvils are TS clouds wich I was led to believe for many years.....why cant Information be more accurate(discovery channel)I will give you another example....more lightning strikes in Australia Darwin than any other place.......But then Years later Ive heard its South america. Quotes from discovery channel over the years.....another england as more tornados than any other place on the planet.......have all these quotes on videos from discovery channel.......the problem different beleifs different sources....cant take anything from face value..reminds me of history(keeps changing) :lol:

How can Anvils form without lightning.......I have been led to beleive a Anvil is a thunder head cloud. Today on the 17 July I ve count 13 individual Anvils but with or with out any lightning WHY???? I have a few pics of them in Q.to prove they are anvils. Someone who realy knows the answer would be appreciated thanks yngwie
