Storm just passed with torrential rain, roads as rivers, frequent booming thunder and the odd CG visible Huge wall of storm clouds across the whole of the northern horizon
Just had the most incredible storm that brewed up seemingly out of nowhere, rain heavier than I've ever seen, frequent flashes and whip crack thunder. About time the Chilterns had a decent storm
I remember this happening a lot - the rain band would be shown to intensify in one line, then de-intensify, then magically appear 100 miles east and do the same thing . Strange!
I agree entirely - i miss seeing all the colours of the rainbow in one storm, instead of poxy green and yellow denoting torrential thunderstorms
The blue colours account for all light and moderate rain, so its very hard to distinguish
