These were all taken first thing in the morning..

What a strange turn in weather. At about 8Pm frost was starting to form but the temperature has rocketed by about 7 degrees since then!
Current stats:
Air Temperature: 6.8 degrees Celsius
Ground Temperature: 6.8 degrees Celsius
Barometric Pressure: 1004 milliBars
Wind Speed: 13.2 knots
Wind Direction: 138 degrees East from North
Same thing happened here Dazza,frost was forming around the same time and ice was was building up on the cars,around 10 pm temp was on the rise and this morning its all dry and calm{for now}

Quite nippy out,a few clouds around and also damp here too,the current temp is 10°C,it was 11°C an hour ago :lol: and not much in the way of wind either

Hi,I just watermark all my images I put on my site or any other site for that matter,its a light watermark right across the middle of the image that way it cant be cropped
out and it does not waste the image in any way.

Some great (albeit brief) footage on Sky active of the eye from one of the Hurricane Hunters. Beautiful blue sky overhead, nearly stadium effect all around. Don't know when the footage was taken though.
Makes me wonder: how high is your average hurricane? Maybe a plane could still fly, say, 10,000ft above an eye, and get the mother of all photographs.
Most of the stuff we see is from satellite, or on the ground.

We did not get a thing last night we had a little rain around 6 pm and that was it,So nothing to report from this neck of Scotland although we were issued with sever warnings ahhh well there is still plenty time for another good one for us up here..

It is still quite bright here and warm however it is falling quite rapid now,current temp is 16° C which is quite a drop in just a few hours..

I wish it had been that warm everywhere else in the UK because I sure wouldn't have taken it badly. It's been sunny and warm all day but clouded over about 15 minutes from the NW but the winds coming from the SW ? :lol: Current temperature is 22.5C with the sun not shining but clear skies are on the way again.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend while it lasts because a taste of October is to come.

A change to my last post our current temp is actually 22° C,I did not update gadget dohhhh!!!
