Awful day here heavy rain all day, just had a text to say the river Eden is on flood watch must be snow melt and the heavy rain of today

Had a about an hour of light snow yesterday evening, but turned to rain fairly quickly. Hopefully have more tomorrow

Oh you can guarantee if this was a 200mm rain event CUMBRIA would be flashing on the map. However on the bbc forecast I seen it did seem more fragmented

Yes I think I do remember him, here hoping I and everyone sees something. However snow is becoming rare in the UK now, especially for the Northwest at one time you could bank on these kind if set ups with the Atlantic attacking 3 or 4 times and Cumbria especially done well in these situations, but the are becoming extremely rare. I done better from the beast from the east in 2018 never seen snow like it. Anyways best of luck to everyone here's hoping the 18z upgrades the event
