jtay I know someone who did that with their garden, they got together with neighbours made the farmer an offer and they all got an extra 30 feet to the end of their garden.

Just cut my grass for the first time this year. Its too wet really but it was looking really rough, anyway its so wet under foot i got wet feet.

Afternoon All,
Well when I got out of bed this morning at 5.30am to hear running water outside my initial thoughts were damn rain again, my jaw hit the floor when it was chucking it down with snow.
Sadly too little too late and too wet.
