Just walked down the shop for some goodies for lunch and in the shade the mud in like concrete, but once in the sun its rather nice and doesn't feel really cold at all. -

Afternoon All, Rather pleasant in the sunshine 6c here at the moment a big difference compared to yesterday.

Afternoon All, Been lurking all day, its a little less raw here today which I think is what has been expected for the past few days before we getting another colder plunge. If we get some of the white stuff next week great, if no then that's fine as well.

Met office 10 day video is out I see, not watched it yet but the headline is heavy snow for next week or words to that effect.

We had a good frost at home, and was still in the shade when I had to go into the office at 11am. Spotted a gritter lorry with a large snow plough attached to the front so it must be *game on for next week. *I am being sarky as well.

Good Morning All, Its good to see people getting some of the white stuff this morning. My trip into work was hard with a cold northerly wind.

Well I am happy to say I was talking complete Pooh earlier when I said we would have nothing this far north in our area it was light snow on my trip home from work tonight,

Wow it feels bitter outside, really not acclimatised to this. Not expecting anything wintery this far north in this area for this week anyway.

Had to scrape the car windscreen yesterday morning and again to travel home again. Flooding in the Severn valley is bad saw a toilet brush floating, so dont go into flood waters folks its full of nasties. Another glorious day its amazing how much a bit of sunshine make you feel a lot better.

Nice to see a bit of sunshine this morning on my bike ride into work, feeling a little more chilly than of late but that is a good trade off from all of this incessant rain. I am meant to be doing something in Tewkesbury tomorrow which is going to be interesting as the Town is near enough an island at the moment.

Saw that mentioned on the deep dive youtube video from the met office, I don't think it will make a lot of difference in terms of track for yourself now. Although I would imagine the exact track is now known in terms of north south.
