Its really coming down quite heavy in Darlington now too. Snow on the main road next to me is beginning to stick, considering its been heavily gritted we're in for some fun in the morning
-
Still quiet again in Darlo  Come on I want some decent snow!
-
Just had a light dusting here which has laid, probably not quite as much as what Paul's had, but that's tally up being lower down than Aycliffe.
-
A few flakes falling in Darlo. It seems we must've already had a dusting as my car seems to have a bit on the windscreen. Doesn't seem to have laid anywhere other than that really due to the ground being dry and it being windy.
-
Some very light grains coming down at the moment although looks to be getting darker now.
I'm surprised it hasn't been as windy as I thought it'd be, starting to pickup a tad now though.

I think we'll only see a few flurries during today in Darligton. We did surprisingly well out of the last cold snap, but something tells me we're a little too low down to get anything to majorly shout about with this one.
Had a light shower earlier of the fine stuff, darkening up a little bit now too.

Still snowing in Darlington realtively small flakes now though.

Thunder heard in Darlington, didn;t manage to see any lightning though

Just started snowing here in Darlington (on the cam). Turning a bit "sleety" at times but its not laying yet, a bit too wet I think.
-
Its slowly darkening up now (take a look on the cam). Looks as though Aycliffe may be getting a shower (just on the left above the roof on the cam image). Don't think Paul Tall's around to confirm it at the moment though.

Had reports of thunder and lightning in the Crook area from a friend too.
