    Good to clear up that this thread covers all Lincs - can we get header changed. Like previously said the Midlands and East Anglia thread doesn't seem the right place to be. Good luck to all - lets hope we get a dollop of snow this week

    the heavy rain of this morning is now turning more and more to heavy sleet/wet snow - wind really picking up as well

    Holbeach not a million miles away from me a bone chilling -15.4 at 5am - serious cold

    quite heavy snow now but looks like the next 30 mins we will have seen the best of it unless that bit off the coast heads this way

    Hope so HC - just down the road from me - was planning a night out there this evening but think it will be cancelled now

    Not sure what forecast you were watching Sparky but Paul Hudson said heavy snow for our area from late evening to early hours but if you are travelling west the more chance it will be sleet/rain

    Saturday is the day - will fall on very cold ground and some snow cover in some place as cant see this mornings light covering melting.

    Light snow falling here after a light covering overnight - looks like a bit more on the way

    not long looking at the radar Sparky - may just see an isolated one tonight - plenty off the coast but cant see these moving inland - just clipping the coast

    nice and steady now - grass covered and car but paths and road still too wet to settle
