    better post in here too. oh my was out minding my own business in the front garden, weeding and planting a few plants when an all mighty rumble sounded above my head then a great big flash. There is no rain............oooo there goes another, lol nearly had an accident.

    i live a little further up than shuggee, it started raining here on tuesday about 5 pm, it stopped about half an hour ago. Ok it was not really heavy the whole time but was during both nights. We have been really lucky no flooding to talk of, but my plants and flowers are a mess. feel for those with flooded homes.

    just been woken up by the loudest thunder i can remember.... 2 big rumbles and 2 great flashes......stopped now yawn night. ok just started again 8 seconds apart...rain really bad too.

    I would love to see even 1/2 a cm lying here not had any since early last year. Not all of scotland gets snow. We are snow starved here!!!! mandy x

    lol Coast, my father just commented, "we will have it here in about 2 weeks then". He's a firm believer, worked for the council here for 25 years on winter maintenance. lol I'll shut up now before i get shouted at. lol mandy. x

    Sorry to disagree with you Zerouali, but my grandmothers back garden here in carnoustie is the beach. Her pathway gets frozen just as mine does and i am 15 mins walk from there. Mandy x

    just had a heavyish snow shower but melting on wet ground. weird tho as temp -1 and dew -1. everything is wet!!!!!!!
