  1. 12C No break in cloud whatsoever. Rain, rain and more rain.
  2. 14C Very overcast, but no rain yet. Breezy. Looks and feels more like autumn than summer.
  3. Looking forward to it! Sounds as if it shall solve my problems
  4. I have picked up several sites that detect lightning strikes. However, some appear to be more accurate than others. For instance... last night this one http://www.upminsterweather.co.uk/test/live_lightning.htm showed a storm over my area in the lower half of Cornwall, but we had not a storm cloud in site. None of the other sites showed this, but all of their data seemed to differ from each other. I can understand that there must be occasional interference, and that the detectors must pick up signals produced by stuff other than actual lightning, but surely there must be one out there that is more reliable than most? So, what I'd like to ask is: which ones do you rely on personally (if any), and could anyone kindly provide me with links to good sites? Thank you
