[Conv/Storm Discussion 31/5 & Early June]

Has anyone noticed how far south the showers are, alomost down to London!

This was'nt forcast by the bbc. Cant see any lightning on the any of the detectors.

I've heard that on average every plane gets struck once.

On the same day that i came back from reus in spain last year a plane going to the same airport was struck and diverted to barcelona. Our flight was delayed because of the storm and we flew past it. It was amazing to see the massive clouds but scary too, very bad turbulence!!!

cant wait for the winter with all this talk off a cold one but i hate this boring time off year nothing intersting ever happens except for yesterday. :blink:

all this talk of cold winters gone by makes me wish i was alive to see them

i wish the gulfstream would slow down just enough to make our winters as cold as they used to be.

lets all face it this winter will probably be a horrible warm one with us all hopeing that a cold spell will come soon but before you know it spring on its way. :unsure:
