  1. I've just noticed the start of the 'invasion' of flying ants today. Just a few in the garden, but loads of seagulls having a feast above. Anyone else been infested yet? Not looking forward to next few days if they are about to put in an appearance. :whistling:

    In 1976 I was four. I got very sunburned on a beach in Norfolk - despite being placed under a large fishing umbrella - and have the photo to prove it! That won't be happening this year.

    Which wont be happening this year? Getting badly sunburned or sitting under a fishing umbrella on a Norfolk beach :D:D

  3. Hi Andy,

    I'm no expert, but if the plants seem to be doing well in the pots, I would leave them there and go out and get a new variety and plant that in the garden. If you really want to move the plant you already have, I wouldn't recommend doing so until October time (I gather they are hardy as they are in pots) and replant immediately and plenty of watering to minimise the stress of the transplant.
