This is the only thing I can think of that meets all of those requirements without a full weather station:

I have one, but it's manufactured by Ecowitt, but does the same thing.

The WiFi unit has a temp gauge, humidity and barometric pressure. The other sensor will need to be placed outside in a dry, shaded spot. The WiFi unit will pick all of that up and then you can use an app to send it to Ecowitt's site (which is nice) as well as wunderground/MetOffice WoW/Weathercloud.

Thankyou for your reply ! much appreciated :-)

I have been looking on the Froggit website and now im looking at the 'WH6000 professional Wi-Fi Internet wireless weather station'

Do you have any recommendations? Keep looking at Davis, and i just don't know after having to add all the software and data logger etc your talking about £800 +

Can't see anyway around uploading online without it

    ?‍♀️

  2. H, I wonder if anyone can help me,

I would like to buy a weather station, im not fussed about wind speed, rain gauge, wind direction etc.

We have the Maplin N96GY, for many years, which for the last two years only the temperature had still worked, but now that's stopped.

All i am interested in is an accurate indoor and outdoor temperature, the OUTDOOR Dew Point (for my snow watch lol)  & the barometric pressure.  Date & Time on the display, maybe moon phase!

I would also like to be able to put my garden info onto an weather site if possible.

I have looked and looked and just don't know what's good :-(

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Ok let’s cheer things up in here. What secanrio would you prefer. Answers below...

    a) a huge snowstorm of 2 feet followed by rapid thaw next day.

    b) a cold spell of a week of sub zero temps with only light snow throughout the week and maybe 4/5 cms Max

    c) a few sliders in a row. 5/10 cms every 2/3 days for a week.

    d) a month of sub zero temps but no snow just plenty of sunshine.

Me personally I love extreme snowfalls so option a for me

    a) a huge snowstorm of 2 feet followed by rapid thaw next day.

This is going to sound a bit sad but don’t forget to look after the frogs in your pond. Many of them hibernate in the silt at the bottom and breathe through their skin ?

if it freezes over for too long the oxygen runs out so make sure there is always a small hole ?

Our frogs were croaking away Monday but I think they have changed their minds and gone back into hibernation!
