    sudden blizzard hit approx 5pm, at least 3 inches of snow. We also had 3 flashes of lightening with thunder! Wind is picking up again here. Went out with the kids and have made our snowman in the front garden. Kids in the street had a massive snow fight! Wonderful stuff! Colllier Row, Romford, Essex

    Snowed lightly in Brentwood (Essex) at approx 4.00pm, also Waltham Abbey (Essex) has had a light shower of snow this afternoon.

    I'm in Collier Row, Romford, Essex and live on the highest hill in the borough of Havering. I can see out over London, and it's weird, the wind has dropped but it has turned really cloudy, dark clouds.
